Each member may operate only one account. If a single person holds multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed and deposited funds may be forfeited. Multiple individuals from the same household or address may operate separate accounts, but their identities must be verified.
2.3 Obligation to Provide Accurate Information
At the time of registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Providing false or misleading information may result in account closure and seizure of funds. Any change in your details must be reported to our support team immediately.
2.4 Account Security

3. Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example, if you deposit ৳5,000, you will receive an additional ৳5,000 bonus and your total balance will be ৳10,000.
4.2 Wagering Requirements
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times (bonus amount × 25). This means if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳25,000 in bets before withdrawing. Restrictions on specific games and bet types may apply when fulfilling wagering requirements.
4.3 General Bonus Terms
- Each bonus offer may be claimed only once per member (unless stated otherwise).

5. Betting Rules

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. Bets placed incorrectly due to a technical error will be considered void and the bet amount will be refunded. If an event is cancelled or postponed, the related bet will also be considered void.
5.2 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure:

The 33xx VIP program has four levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Weekly cashback is available at each level:
- Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
- Silver: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
- Gold: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
- Platinum: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.
Advancement to a higher VIP level depends on regular participation and activity. 33xx reserves the right to change the terms and rewards of the VIP program at any time. Wagering requirements may also apply to cashback rewards.
7. Responsible Gaming

- Extended inactivity (12 months or more).
9.2 Closure by Member
You may close your account at any time by notifying our support team in writing. Please withdraw your remaining balance (excluding bonuses) before closing your account.
10. Limitation of Liability
33xx will not be held responsible under any circumstances for the following:
- Losses caused by technical errors, server outages, or internet connectivity issues.
- Losses resulting from third-party actions.
- Losing a bet or not receiving expected winnings.
- Account information being compromised due to user negligence.
